Get ready to swim, bike, and run at the OAHE FAMILY YMCA Riverman/Riverwoman Triathlon! Join us Saturday, August 16 at Farm Island Recreation Area in Pierre, SD, for a fun, family-friendly race in the great outdoors.

Open to men, women, and kids of all skill levels, participants can compete individually or as part of a team. Enjoy a beautiful course, great company, and a challenge you won’t forget!

Medals for top 3 males, top 3 females, and top 3 teams.

* Brightly colored swim caps and bike helmets are required!

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

Transition Area and check-in: 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (Central Time)

Rules Meeting: 7:45 a.m.

Race: Starts immediately following the rules meeting approximately 8:00am.

DISTANCES:

Sprint Distance - Swim .4 miles, Bike 12.4 miles, Run 3.1 miles

Olympic Distance - Swim .8 miles, Bike 23 miles, Run 6.2 miles

Late Registration (August 1 to August 15) Does not include T-shirt
Individual: Member $85, Non-Member $95 | Team: $120, Non-Member $150
(Teams are comprised of men and women ages 15+)
